No one deserves this award more than Olivia.  She devotes hundreds of hours each year to the trails at Tuttle Creek, to KTC and to NATRC.

Summary of the November, 2003 KTC Board Meeting

The KTC board met November 9,2003 at Camp Hammond located near Topeka, Kansas. The board members present were: Olivia Huddleston, President, Jim Copeland, Treasurer, John Haynes, Susan Haynes, Harriett Barber, Mike Goodwin, Steve Garlow, Ken Miner, Lyle Riedy, Trish Cleveland. Guests were Dale Swaygart(Park Manager at Eisenhower State Park) and Ed Detrude with the Kansas Dept of Wildlife.

Nominated for President,,,,,Mike Goodwin, seconded by Jim Copeland Nominated for Vice-President,,Lyle Riedy,,,,seconded by Steve Garlow Nominated for Treasurer,,,Jim Copeland,,,seconded by John Haynes Nominated for Secretary,,Trish Cleveland,,seconded by Ken Miner All were carried.

Date & Location of next meeting- January 18, 2004 at 12:30pm ( no potluck,, snacks only) at Eisenhower State Park, in the shop building.

New Board Member

At the August meeting, the KTC board was pleased to welcome Trish Cleveland to the board. Trish and her husband recently relocated to Wamego, Kansas from Spirit Lake, Iowa. Trish retired from the Army National Guard in 1994 after 22 years of service and/or active duty in the National Guard. Her specialty was in computer repair. Trish is a horseback rider and has been very active in the North American Trail Rides Conference. She has competed in NATRC rides on numerous occasions. Her husband collects antique cars and they occasionally tour with these cars.
